I have always been fascinated by what makes us feel alive.
My journey began with music. As a classical pianist, I spent decades learning to listen deeply, to feel before I played, and to imagine something before bringing it to life. Performing taught me that the mind, body and emotion are never separate. What we picture, practise and embody can change what becomes possible.
That curiosity took me far beyond the piano.
I worked in record companies and sound studios, explored music production and sound design, and taught piano. But what fascinated me most was always the person behind the sound: their story, their potential, and what might unfold when they begin to see themselves differently.
I followed that curiosity into psychology, health & transformational coaching. And I found a deep passion for helping people uncover their talents, reconnect with their purpose and create lives that feel more like their own.
Then life gave me a very different reason to listen.
During my own experience with surgery, I came to know pain, uncertainty and vulnerability in a new way. I began turning to sound, coaching and mental imagery, exploring how I could change not only what I heard, but how I experienced my body and my inner world.
Something shifted.
I began to understand sound not simply as music, but as an experience. Something that can move through us, change a state, create space, and help us come back to ourselves. A tool for healing.
